Dikuno invests in the health system, not only in single buildings or machines. That means better clinical skills, life-saving equipment, community health promotion and quality improvement, so that the care people receive close to home keeps improving.
Maternal and child health
Our three-year programme in Thabazimbi has supported seven primary healthcare facilities, trained 25 doctors and midwives, and reached 49,771 patients through health promotion.
Looking for free help during pregnancy or with a young child? See our maternal and child health resources.
Clinics close to home
At Ipopeng Baphalane Clinic in Mantserre, we helped build new consultation, emergency and pharmacy space, plus solar power and ablution blocks, for a clinic that has served the community since 1992.
