The Ipopeng Baphalane Clinic has served the community of Mantserre since 1992, but it had only two consultation rooms and outdated facilities.

After the Moses Kotane Department of Health approached Dikuno, renovation plans were discussed in 2021 and 2022. The clinic operated temporarily from the Lutheran church in Mantserre while upgrades began in August 2022.
