Dikuno brought free Wi-Fi to communities in the benefit area so people can use development tools and resources in education, health and commerce.

Learners use the network for online research and assignments, and some schools join Department of Basic Education meetings virtually. Dikuno intends to train and employ local network operators and technicians so that the skills and jobs stay in the community.
